Program Manager at IVMF
Vincent DelSignore manages AmericaServes community networks in the North Eastern Region for the Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF). Working across New York City, in direct support of New York City’s Department of Veterans Services, the Tri-State area and New England with federal, state, and community-based organizations, DelSignore empowers the development, launch and operation of high-performing coordinated networks of services, resources, and care that are dedicated to improving the lives of veterans, service members and their families. A member of New York City’s Community Veterans Engagement Board (CVEB) and an architect of AmericaServes first statewide implementation, in Rhode Island, DelSignore leads Communities of Practice across the North East that connect nearly 200 human service providers and combine the best practices and methodology of private business, research universities, and impactful military and veteran organizations in order to achieve their mission of optimizing the performance of human service providers that care for veterans. Building Communities of Practice that share learning and seamlessly service clients from the world’s biggest cities to rural military-base communities is what DelSignore and his team have become known for in the dozens of communities that they support every day.
Prior to joining the IVMF, DelSignore most recently worked as a Senior Program Officer at Single Stop, a national nonprofit that provides coordinated access to services to low-income people to help them achieve financial stability and self-sufficiency.
With more than 7 years of experience in working with anti-poverty programs in New York City, DelSignore provided strategic guidance, technical assistance, and performance management to a diverse portfolio of grantee organizations. He also designed, implemented, and led Single Stop’s Veterans Initiative, which seeks to ensure that all veterans and their families in New York City have access to the resources and support they need to succeed in civilian life.
DelSignore is currently an M.B.A. candidate at Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Sarah Lawrence College. He lives with his wife and two children in the Hudson Valley.
