Strategy Session 4 for NYServes – Upstate was held this morning at the Veterans Outreach Center in Rochester, New York. We had three iterations of the strategy session, with a primary focus on onboarding. The event was hosted by Rachel Volpe and Jocene Henderson of the Veterans Outreach Center, led by Lynn Thibault from Unite Us and supported by Matt Feldhaus from IVMF.
