Dear AmericaServes Supporters,
It’s a wonderful time of the year and we hope you enjoy some upcoming time with family and friends. As we approach the holidays and soon the beginning of a new year, we are pleased share with you a progress being made nationally around our emerging collective practice. You may have heard reference to the AmericaServes practice underway and we are pleased to share that this practice has a new face reflective of the model now underway within AmericaServes communities serving the needs of military connected members and their families.
The new site is geared exclusively toward our current, true customers, and those who have yet to become our customers – America’s providers. As such, we want to provide a resource that reflects what our providers and communities say they want more of: analytics, support, and a community reflective of their work. These three threads are captured under the What We Do navigation tab across the top of the site as Insights, Support, and Practice360.
Of particular interest to you, check out the Insights tab for a visualization of the AmericaServes practice-in-motion. Here you will find updated impact analytics for all our networked communities. This visualization is the centerpiece of our ability to provide more standardized impact analytics on a recurring basis directly so you can tell your AmericaServes story and better understand your community’s impact. I encourage you to share these widely, across all your relationships.
The Support tab captures our high-touch approach to serving you, your communities, and its providers. In side-by-side fashion, we’re joined locally with you, helping to drive change and adoption of the AmericaServes model of coordinated care. That approach is what separates and distinguishes us from all others and how true, mutually beneficial activities should be organized.
In addition, check out Practice360 where you will find the new home for the AmericaServes practice, a community of practice. This is where collective learning will happen across three distinct domains: locally, regionally, and nationally. At the local level, AmericaServes providers and their supporting Coordination Centers will continue to drive the performance of care coordination across their communities. Real change happens locally, and locally is where AmericaServes will continue to earn its stripes. Regionally, we’ll be offering professional development opportunities for our collective communities, now grouped by region with additional scaling in-mind. The goal is to enhance capacity in unique ways, with learning and professional development opportunities exclusively for our providers and partners. And lastly, annually we will gather as one community, nationally, to share our work with key stakeholders and supporters in a demonstrable commitment to excellence in serving America’s military connected members and their families.
Thank you for your work and contributions as we continually improve upon the AmericaServes practice with one thing in-mind: to serve people like us who served and support our country best.
