NCServes – Raleigh/Fayetteville Onboarding Event

The Community Blue Print team was cracking the code in Fayetteville for coordinating care and delivery of services to the Ft. Bragg Community before it was cool! The IVMF is glad to be working with UniteUs, the USO of North Carolina, and Cardinal Innovations to take the greater Fayetteville area to the next level of care for veterans, service members and their families. We are grateful to all the dozens of agencies and providers who showed up for a special on boarding orientation to bring this system to the people!
