NCServes – Metrolina
Responsible for overall success of NCServes-Metrolina, a coordinated network of 50+ public, private and nonprofit organizations serving Veterans, Service Members and their families in the Mecklenburg and seven surrounding counties area, utilizing a common technology platform to create accountability and formalize communication, coordination and transparency in order to efficiently and effectively guide Veterans, Service Members and their families to the most appropriate services and resources available to achieve their unique goals. Oversees the coordination and administration of all aspects of the program, including planning, organizing, staffing, and leading and controlling program activities. Manages provider relationships and is responsible for increasing network provider adoption, optimizing collaboration and shared learning within the network, and expanding the network to meet Veteran’s needs to ensure high level continuity of care. Develops program budget, initiates and sets program goals according to strategic objectives of the organization, and provides reports to stakeholders for the same.
Supervises internal team of Care Coordination Center staff (multidisciplinary qualified professionals with varied educational backgrounds and clinical/professional experience in mental health and human services) and develops standard operating procedures and policies to ensure quality assurance of all program objectives. Tracks and analyzes data and outcomes that are repeatable, scalable and measurable for continued process improvement, enhancement of efficiency and productivity of procedures, and sustained funding. Provides servant leadership to the community through training, education, and advocacy of military cultural awareness and gaps in service.
